User Agreement

Welcome to Bebloom. This User Agreement explains the rules that apply when you use the Bebloom iOS app and related pages. By accessing or using Bebloom, you agree to this agreement.

1. Service Description

Bebloom is an entertainment-only AI image-to-image baby preview app. Users can upload two photos, choose a preview style and age range, and spend Buds to generate an imaginative preview image.

Bebloom does not predict real genetic outcomes and does not provide medical, genetic, parentage, family-planning, identity verification, or professional advice.

2. Quick Login and Local Account

1. Bebloom uses local quick login and does not require Sign in with Apple or a third-party account by default.
2. The app creates a random local user identifier on the device to save the local session, Bud balance, and history records.
3. If you delete the app, clear local data, or change devices, local records may not be recoverable.

3. User Content and License

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the photos you upload and the generated results. To provide the service, you grant Bebloom permission to process, transmit, generate, display, save, and share related content as necessary for app functionality.

You agree that you will:

• Upload only photos that you own or are authorized to use;
• Not upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Not use generated results for medical decisions, genetic inference, identity recognition, fraud, discrimination, or other high-risk purposes;
• Obtain any necessary consent when photos include other people or minors.

4. Buds and In-App Purchases

1. Bebloom uses the virtual currency Buds as the unit consumed for image generation. Each generation deducts the number of Buds shown in the app.
2. Buds are purchased through Apple in-app purchase. Payment, refund, and billing issues are governed by Apple rules and services.
3. Buds may only be used inside Bebloom. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, withdrawn, or traded outside the app.
4. After a successful purchase, the app refreshes your balance. If a transaction fails, is cancelled, or encounters a network issue, the app displays the relevant message.

5. Generated Results

AI-generated results are random, imaginative, and uncertain. Different photos, options, model behavior, or network conditions may produce different results. Bebloom does not guarantee that results are accurate, realistic, repeatable, fit for a specific purpose, or aligned with any personal expectation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Bypass, interfere with, or damage the app, payment flow, generation interface, or security mechanisms;
• Abuse the service in bulk, automate result generation, or conduct abnormal transactions;
• Upload unauthorized face photos or infringe privacy, likeness, copyright, or other rights;
• Use Bebloom to create, distribute, or package unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• Use generated results in a way that implies real parentage, genetic, or medical conclusions.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of this agreement.

8. Account Deletion and Local Data

You can sign out or delete your account from the Settings page. Deleting the account clears the local session, Bud balance, history records, cached images, and local face data. Images already saved to the system Photos library are not automatically deleted by the app and must be managed by you.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service due to product changes, platform rules, technical limits, or legal requirements. If you violate this agreement, we may restrict your continued use of relevant services.

10. Disclaimer

Bebloom is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee service continuity, accuracy, suitability, error-free operation, or that generated results will meet any particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether to save, share, or use generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bebloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, user-uploaded content, generated results, third-party services, network failures, or data loss.

12. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will indicate the latest update. Continued use of Bebloom means you accept the updated agreement.
