Bebloom is an entertainment-only AI image generation app that creates imaginative baby preview images from two photos selected by the user. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to Bebloom.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bebloom iOS app and the related legal and support pages. Bebloom does not provide medical, genetic, parentage, family-planning, identity verification, or biometric identification services.

2. Information We Process

1. Local session information: The app creates a random local user identifier to maintain quick login status, Bud balance, and local history.
2. Photos selected by the user: When you choose two photos and tap the generation button, the app processes those photos to create an entertainment-only AI preview image.
3. Generation options: The app processes selected baby style, preview age, and related generation parameters.
4. Purchase information: Bud purchases are completed through Apple StoreKit. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers, bank account details, or Apple ID passwords.
5. Locally saved content: Preview images, share cards, and history records may be stored on your device or in the Photos library when you grant permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Create, display, save, and share entertainment-only AI baby preview images;
• Maintain local quick login status, Bud balance, and history records;
• Complete in-app purchases, refresh balances, and show transaction results;
• Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain app reliability;
• Comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and safety requirements.

4. Face Data Policy

Bebloom may process facial image information in photos to generate the AI preview you request. Bebloom does not use photos for identity verification, real-name recognition, surveillance, advertising profiling, or biometric identity determination.

1. Purpose: Face-related image information is used only to complete the baby preview generation request initiated by the user.
2. Upload: When you tap the generation button, the selected photos may be sent to an AI image processing service to generate the result image.
3. Retention: Local history is controlled by you. You can delete your account or clear history. Any processing by third-party AI services is subject to their service configuration and applicable policies.
4. Limitations: You should only upload photos that you have the right to use and for which you have obtained any necessary consent, especially when photos include other people or minors.

5. Third-Party Services

Bebloom may use the following third-party services to provide core functionality:

• Apple StoreKit: Used to process in-app purchases, transaction handling, and refund-related flows.
• AI image processing services: Used to generate preview images based on the photos and options you submit.
• Vercel: Used to host this Privacy Policy, the User Agreement, and the Support page.

Third-party services may process necessary data according to their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy information when using related services.

6. Permissions

1. Photo access: Used to select parent photos, save generated images, or create share cards. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings.
2. Network access: Used to send generation requests, download generated results, and load legal or support pages.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Quick login information, Bud balance, and history records are primarily stored locally on your device. You can sign out or delete your account from the Settings page. Deleting the account clears the local session, Bud balance, history records, cached images, and local face data. Images already saved to the system Photos library must be deleted by you from Photos.

8. Children and Minors

Bebloom does not provide independent account services for children. If you upload photos involving minors, you must confirm that you have the legal right and any required authorization to use those photos. Do not upload inappropriate, infringing, or unauthorized photos.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information related to the app. However, no method of internet transmission or local storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid uploading sensitive, unlawful, or unwanted photos.

10. International Processing

AI image processing and page hosting services may process data outside your region. By using Bebloom, you understand that relevant data may be processed in different jurisdictions.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or platform rules. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will indicate the latest update.
